College Volunteer

INTACH’s College Heritage Volunteer Training is a pioneering initiative undertaken with the support and endorsement of the Ministry of Culture, Government of India since November 2012. It aims at sensitising the youth to protect their heritage and train them to lead a nation-wide movement for heritage conservation and preservation. As a part of the initiative, over 1,000 college student volunteers have been trained through workshops and forums organised by INTACH Chapters in Chandigarh; Chennai; Gangtok; Guwahati; Gwalior; Kakinada; New Delhi; Pune; Shimla; Varanasi and Warangal (until October 2016). We encourage and invite college students to become Heritage volunteers with INTACH HECS!
